Adam T. Chalke

Adam T. Chalke, 31, of Lowell MA, formerly of New Ipswich NH died at his residence on Saturday May 5, 2012. He was born November 20, 1980 in Fitchburg MA son of Albert and Janet (Ojala) Chalke. Adam was a graduate of Victory High School in Jaffrey, and had worked as a concrete finisher with Action Floors of Rindge for the past ten years. Adam enjoyed reading and being in the great outdoors, but most cherished to him was the time spent with his children. Survivors include his parents of Landrum, SC; his fiancé and mother of his children Caitlin Grover of Lowell; his children Makenzie Faye Chalke and Kaleigh Rose Chalke both of Lowell; four brothers Daniel A. Chalke, Reuben M. Chalke and Tyson E. Chalke all of New Ipswich, Alan J. Chalke of Greer SC; nine sisters Wendy A. Price of Jaffrey, Holly M. Anderson of New Ipswich, Tara J. Hruska of Rindge, Kristy K. Anderson of Greer SC, Marcy J. Housel of Taylor SC, Misty D. McDonald of New Ipswich, Tuula M. Johnson of Columbia SC, Naomi F Chalke of Landrum, SC and Molly K. Chalke of New Ipswich; many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

Burial will follow in Smithville Cemetery, Binney Hill Road, New Ipswich.

Family and friends will honor and remember Adam’s life by gathering for calling hours at Cournoyer Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 33 River Street (Route 202 south) Jaffrey on Thursday from 7:00 to 9:00PM.

Funeral Services will be held Friday at 11:00AM in Apostolic Lutheran Church, 117 Goen Road, New Ipswich. Pastor Gabe Aho, a family friend, will officiate.
