Beatrice Katheryn Gulla

Beatrice Katheryn (Paradise) Gulla, 96, of Dublin, known to her family and friends as "Bea" died peacefully at her home on May 14, 2022, surrounded by loved ones.

Bea was born on April 15, 1926, in Boston Massachusetts, to the late George F. Paradise and Katheryn Walsh. Bea had a long and successful 40-year career with the Bell Telephone Company, New England Bell, and Verizon. She enjoyed volunteer work, basket weaving, knitting, gardening, and spending time with her family.

Bea is survived by her daughter Sandra (James) Poulette, son Craig, her brother Warren (Eleanor) Paradise, and many nieces, nephews, and extended family. Bea was predeceased by her husband of 54 years, Rocco of Marlborough, MA, her daughter Janet, son Douglas, and brothers Perry and George. Interment will be in the Brookdale Cemetery in Dedham, MA aside her husband Rocco and other deceased family members.

A light is from our household gone,
A voice we loved is stilled.
A place is vacant in our home
That never can be filled.
The Golden Gates did open
A gentle voice said “come”.
And with farewell unspoken,
We said “Thy will be done”.
May the Blessed Virgin greet her
And present her to her son.
May her Sacred Heart receive her
As it was God’s Will was done.
