Bruce A. Todd

Bruce A. Todd, 66, of Greenfield, formerly of Rindge died Wednesday August 14, 2013 at the Monadnock Community Hospital in Peterborough following a period of failing health.

He was born June 3, 1947 in Peterborough son of the late Cecil H. and Florence E. (Fuller) Todd.
He had attended the Rindge Grade School and Conant High School in Jaffrey.
Bruce has been a resident of Greenfield since 1985 and had previously lived in Rindge.

He was employed with the State of New Hampshire Highway Department as a truck driver, originally out of the Rindge facility and later driving out of the Greenfield location. He retired in 2001.

His family described him as a hard worker and a “home body”. He enjoyed antique cars and trucks.

He is survived by his sister D. Judy Todd of Greenfield and several cousins.
In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his brother John H. Todd in 1999.

There will be no calling hours.

Graveside services will be held at the family lot in Hillside Cemetery on Goddard Road in Rindge, Tuesday August 20, 2013 at 4:00PM. Rev. David Jadlocki, pastor of the First Congregational Church and Society of Rindge will officiate.

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that memorial contributions be made to the Monadnock Humane Society, 101w Swanzey Road, Swanzey NH 03446.
