Bruce R. Caron, 59, a resident of Winchester, NH died at his residence on July 26, 2016 after a brief battle with cancer.
Bruce was born on May 26, 1957 in Peterborough, NH, a son of Robert and Elizabeth (Popple) Caron. He was a 1975 graduate of Conant High School
In his youth, Bruce belonged to BSA Troop 308 in Rindge and had achieved Boy Scouting’s highest rank of Eagle Scout. Scouting remained a strong interest throughout Bruce’s life.
Bruce was a humble and quiet sole, and found his passion driving tractor –trailer rigs up and down the East Coast, always home on the weekends to spend time with his children. Bruce considered his children as the greatest part of his life and it only got better with the arrival of grandchildren.
In addition to his parents of Rindge, Bruce is survived by his beloved children; his 3 daughters, Amber Caron-Fairbanks of Claremont, NH, Kayleigh Caron of Keene, NH and Maddison Caron of Winchester, NH; his son and daughter-in-law, Nathan and Shannon Caron of Troy, NH; his eleven grandchildren and his brother, Peter Caron of Jaffrey, along with many close friends, including his companion and caregiver, Vickie Marcotte-Richards.
In accordance with Bruce’s wishes there will be no calling hours or formal services held. Burial will be private in the family lot at St. Patrick Cemetery in Jaffrey.
