Cathleen Crowell Webb

Cathleen Crowell Webb, 46, died peacefully at her home in Harrisville, May 15, 2008, after a six year battle with cancer.
 
She was born June 26, 1961 in Chicago, IL daughter of Donald and Georgeanne (Bourne) Crowell.
She was raised in the Chicago area and graduated in 1979 from Homewood-Flossmoor High School in Flossmoor IL. She had attended one year of college before moving to New Hampshire in 1980.
 
Her faith in God stood her in good stead during her struggle with cancer.
Her love in life was her family and friends.
 
She worked many years at Dublin Christian Academy and was actively involved in many areas there.
She worked many summers as the Steward at the Dublin Lake Club in Dublin and formed many deep friendships there as well, until declining health compelled her to leave.
 
Her family includes her husband of 26 years, David Webb of Harrisville; four children and their spouses, Andrew D. Webb and his wife Jenilee of Fort Hood, TX, currently stationed in Iraq, Elizabeth G. DiBagno and her husband Nathan of Greenville, SC, Margaret Jenkin and her husband, Cliff of Dublin, NH and Daniel J. Webb of West Point, NY; her brother Steve Crowell and his wife Leslie of Antrim, NH; her brother Donald Crowell of Phoenix AZ and her father Donald Crowell of Chicago IL.

The family has requested that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions be made to either the Monadnock Community Hospital Oncology Department, 454 Old Street Road, Peterborough NH 03458 or to the Dublin Christian Academy, Page Road, Dublin NH 03444.

Burial will be in Willard Hill Cemetery on Roxbury Road in Harrisville.

Family and friends are warmly invited to call at the Cournoyer Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 33 River Street (Route 202 South) in Jaffrey on Friday, May 23, 2008, from 6:00 to 8:00 PM.

Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, May 24, 2008 at 10:00AM in Mountain View Bible Church, Page Road in Dublin. Pastor Bob Emberley will officiate.
