Christine Ann Frank, 60, resident of Fitzwilliam, NH, formerly of Boylston, MA died after a period of declining health on Saturday, September 22, 2018 at the Laconia Center, Laconia, NH.
She was born on August 3, 1958 in Clinton, MA a daughter of the late Chester and Margarett (Braman) Golas.
Christine was raised and educated in the Clinton, MA area and graduated from Holy Family High School. She then went on to later graduate from Mt. Wachusett Community College with a degree in criminal justice and would later go on to work for the state of Massachusetts as a Correctional Officer for twenty plus years at the North Central Correctional Facility, Gardner, MA. After her retirement from the state of Massachusetts, Christine, obtained her LPN license and worked for a Doctor’s office in Groton before her health forced her to retire again.
When she wasn’t working she could be found spending time traveling with her husband Greg, reading, cooking, making crafts and listening to country music.
Survivors include her husband, Gregory Frank of Fitzwilliam, NH, her two children; Kaitlin and Timothy; her brothers; David and his wife Nancy Golas and Steven and his wife Bernadette Golas both of Boylston, MA and her sister Nancy and her husband Michael Krull of Oxford, MA; her two grandchildren and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
SERVICES: Calling hour will be held on Tuesday, September 25, 2018 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM in the Cournoyer Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 33 River Street, Jaffrey, NH. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, September 26, 2018 at 11:00 AM in the St. John’s Church, 80 Union Street, Clinton, MA (All are invited to meet us at church). Burial will follow in the St. John's Cemetery, Lancaster, MA.
