Edward J. Charlonne

EDWARD J. CHARLONNE, 55 of Morris Street, West Peterborough died suddenly at his home.

He was born January 14, 1952 in Peterborough son of the late Homer and Pauline (Cote) Charlonne. He had graduated from Conval High School in Peterborough

For many years Mr. Charlonne was employed as a work worker with Gates Inc. of West Peterborough. He was presently employed at Over-Look Farm in Peterborough.

Ed was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting and fishing.

He is survived by his son Jonathan E. Charlonne and his wife Amy of Bennington; two grandsons Ethan Charlonne and Eben Charlonne both of Bennington; six sisters Janice Hurd of Gardner MA, Patricia Charlonne-Dyer of West Peterborough, Mary Lewis , Carolyn Haselton , and Marcia Charlonne all of Brattleboro VT, Colleen Hardy of West Peterborough; three brothers Gerald Charlonne and Vernon Charlonne both of Jaffrey ,Francis 'œBob' Charlonne of Winchendon MA; many nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, two sisters Joan Fontaine and Sheila Charlonne predeceased him.

Family and friends are warmly invited to call on Monday from 3:00 to 5:00PM at the Cournoyer Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 33 River Street, Jaffrey NH . In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Peterborough Fire and Rescue, in care of Chief Joseph Lennox, Summer Street, Peterborough NH 03458
