Elenora Pedersen

Elenora Pedersen, 89 of Jaffrey died peacefully at home on Wednesday June 1, 2016. Beloved wife of the late Eilert Pedersen. Cherished mother of Eileen Erdvig, Sharon Smith, Joan Pedersen, Ronald Pedersen, and Russell Pedersen. Loving grandmother to 8 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren.
Mrs. Pedersen was born and raised in Brooklyn NY, daughter of the late Carl and Laura Olsen. She worked at Prudential Insurance on Wall Street in NYC as head bookkeeper. Some of her fondest memories were as an active member of Salem Gospel Tabernacle where she met and married Eilert. She moved to Long Island NY with her family and then years later to Jaffrey where she worked at Monadnock Bank as a teller and later as a mortgage specialist.
Most important to her was caring for her family and spending time with them.
In accordance with Mrs. Pedersen wishes, a private graveside service was held at Conant Cemetery, Jaffrey.
