Faith A. Konrad

Faith A. Konrad, 72, of New Ipswich, died Friday February 27, 2015 at the Monadnock Community Hospital in Peterborough following a seven month battle with lung cancer.

She was born November 7, 1942 in Albany, NY daughter of the late Robert and Dorothy (Linsley) Amsler.
She was a 1960 graduate of Colonie Central High School in New York; and has been a resident of New Ipswich for the past forty years.

Mrs. Konrad worked as the customer service representative at the bank in New Ipswich. She found great humor in saying that for the past twenty five years she worked at the same location but for five different banks. She retired from TD Bank.

Faith loved to work in her flower gardens; and enjoyed sailing with her husband in the Booth Bay Harbor area of the Maine Coast.

She is survived by her husband of fifty two years Walter H. Konrad of New Ipswich; three daughters Karen Raabe, Kimberley Manser and Kristina Low all of Massachusetts; her son Karl S Konrad of GA.; two brothers Robert Amsler and Rick Amsler both of PA.; one sister Barbara Jahn of VA.; several nieces and nephews.

As per her wishes, there will be no formal services at this time. Private burial will be at the convenience of the family.

In lieu of flowers, Faith has asked that a prayer be said for her.
