Frank Jude Battaglia

Frank J. Battaglia, 77, of Rindge, NH, passed away unexpectedly, surrounded by his family, on Sunday, November 17, 2024.

Born on October 16, 1947, in Jersey City, NJ, Frank was the son of the late Frank and Anne (Pierro) Battaglia. He graduated from St. Michael's School in NJ, earned his Bachelor’s degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University, and later achieved his Master’s degree from Rutgers University.

Frank enjoyed a successful career as a Marketing Director in sales, working for various organizations until his well-earned retirement in 2014.

In retirement, Frank embraced the activities he loved most, including fishing, golfing, and spending time with his beloved family, which brought him his greatest joy.

He is survived by his devoted wife, Janet (Vai) Battaglia of Rindge; his sons, Christian Battaglia of Keene, NH, and Joseph Battaglia of Mullica Hill, NJ; his daughter, Nicole Battaglia of Mt. Olive, NJ; and his sister, Joanne Sweeney of NJ. He was the proud and loving grandfather to six grandchildren: Gianna, Luciana, Christian, Nora, Anthony, and Lorenzo.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, November 26, 2024, at 11:00 AM at St. Patrick’s Church, 89 Main St, Jaffrey, NH 03452. Calling hours will follow from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Cournoyer Funeral Home, 33 River Street, Jaffrey, NH 03452.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Frank’s name to the Rindge Police Department (158 Main St, Rindge, NH 03461), the Jaffrey Police Department (26 Main St, Jaffrey, NH 03452), or the Jaffrey Rindge EMTs (119 Main St, Jaffrey, NH 03452).
