Frederick “Freddie” Hogan, Jr., 45, of Kingman, AZ and formerly of Dublin, NH, died Monday, August 25, 2014 suddenly and unexpectedly at his home in Arizona after a sudden illness.
Freddie was born in Alexandria, Virginia on April 13, 1968, son of Frederick R. Hogan and Dolores (Costello) Worcester and had attended Con-Val Regional High School.
Freddie had enjoyed the medical field since childhood and had served the communities he lived in as an EMT and EMT-Intermediate through the years. Most recently, Freddie had been assisting with providing care to residents at a mental health facility in Kingman. Freddie had also been a certified diver and certified clinical hyperbaric chamber operator.
Freddie is survived by his father, Frederick Hogan and his wife Gail of Greenwood, CA, his mother, Dolores and her husband Michael Worcester of Dublin, NH, his brother Christopher Hogan of Aiken, SC and a large extended family.
Friends and family are warmly invited to a Memorial Service which will be held on Monday, September 8, 2014 at 11:30AM in the Dublin Community Church, UCC, 1125 Main Street, Dublin, NH 03444. Rev. Wilfred Deschamps, Pastor of Saint Patrick Church in Jaffrey will officiate.
