Genevieve Elizabeth Geisler

GENEVIEVE ELIZABETH GEISLER, 87 of Putney Road, Fitzwilliam, died Sunday February 17,2008 at the Good Shepherd HealthCare Center in Jaffrey, following a long illness.She was born May 13,1920 in Berkshire NY daughter of the late Raymond B. and Gertrude (Davis) Smith.She was a member of the graduating class of 1938 at Vineland (NJ) High School.Mrs. Geisler has been a resident of Fitzwilliam since 1993 having previously lived in Vineland, New Jersey.She worked as a secretary for the City of Vineland.Mrs. Geisler was an avid bowler and enjoyed spending time at the beach. She was an avid knitter and loved horseback riding as a younger woman.Her daughter Donna and son-in-law George Allen of Fitzwilliam survive her.In addition to her parents, a brother Frederick Smith of Peabody MA predeceased her.

Burial will be in Vineland, New Jersey

A celebration in memory of her life will be held at a later date.
