Isaac Matthew Mills, 43, of Rindge, NH, gained his victory in Jesus Christ on November 20, 2021, while visiting South Carolina for work.
Isaac was born the son of John and Marsha Mills on July 16, 1978, in Fitchburg, Massachusetts.
Isaac was an amazing man who shared his compassion with everyone he met. He loved life and especially his two sons, Gabriel, and Asher. He was a hardworking man whose talents in concrete, stonework, and carpentry were outstanding. His skills were highly desired, and he worked all over the country, even as far away as Alaska. Ike was a thrill seeker and avid skydiver; he even did some base jumping. He had an infectious smile and laugh. He always wanted to be sure the people surrounding him felt loved. He would often unexpectedly surprise his friends and family with visits or calls. Isaac’s message was to always love one another unconditionally and forgive each other. He gave 100% in everything he was involved with and was someone you could always count on, even if it meant he would go without. He loved music and was often heard humming or singing. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
Isaac was predeceased by his grandparents; John Balcom Mills Sr., Francine Mills (Tudal), Toivo Tommila, Pauline Tommila (Breau), his father, John Balcom Mills Jr., his brother, John Balcom Mills III, his sister, Zion Faith Mills, as well as two nephews, Rafael and Zavier Weeks and a beloved brother-in-law, Nathan Salter.
He is survived by his wife, Christy Mills (Owens) of Easley, SC, sons; Gabriel and Asher Mills of Easley, SC, mother, Marsha Mills (Tommila) of Rindge, NH, sisters; Tonja Mills and Sarah Mills of Jersey City, NJ, Rebekah Salter (Mills) of Rindge, NH, Rachel Colón (Mills) with husband José of Guayama, Puerto Rico, Abigail Mills of Rindge, NH brothers; Abraham Mills with wife Priscilla of Inman, SC, Jacob Mills of Rochester, NH, Josiah Mills of Rindge, NH, Jonathan Mills of Greer, SC, Zacharias Mills of Rindge, NH, his uncle, Peter Tommila of Worcester, MA, Aunt Tonja Evans of North Baldwin, ME, as well as many Cousins, Nieces, Nephews, two Great Nieces, two Great Nephews, and countless friends.
