Joyce M. Caron

Joyce M. Caron, 87, of West Peterborough, NH, passed away peacefully at home with her beloved family by her side on Sunday, December 3, 2023.

Joyce was born the 3rd of 4 daughters in Peterborough, NH to Amos and Ida (Lavoie) Rabideau.  On August 27, 1955, she married Norman R. Caron. Together, they raised 4 children Joseph, Michael, Steven and Jody.  She had retired from NHBB after 46 years as an assembler.  

Anyone who knew her knew that one of her favorite pastimes was socializing.  She loved attending community dances, catching up with friends and family as well as visiting 49 of the fifty states with her husband Norman and the American Legion.

Joyce is survived by her son Michael, his wife Brenda, her daughter Jody, 4 grandchildren; Joshua, Jennifer, Erica and Cody, and 5 great-grandchildren.

At Joyce’s request, there will be no calling hours.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, December 7, 2023 at 10:30 am, at Divine Mercy Church, 12 Church Street, Peterborough, NH 03458.  Fr. Joseph Moynahan will be the Celebrant.  Burial will follow in Saint Peter Cemetery in Peterborough. 

In lieu of flowers, the family requests for memorial contributions to be made to either Hospice at HCS, 312 Marlboro Street, Keene, NH 03431, or to Peterborough Fire and Rescue, 16 Summer Street Peterborough, NH 03458.
