Lisa C. Sangermano

LISA C. SANGERMANO, 43, of Irving Texas and formerly of Jaffrey, died Thursday, August 9, 2007 at the Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon as a result of a swimming accident in Jaffrey.

She was born on October 2, 1963 in Peterborough, daughter of Antonio Sangermano and Sandra Lee Deschenes.

Lisa had attended Conant High School in Jaffrey and was a 1981 graduate of Thomas Jefferson High School in Dallas, Texas. After high school, she went on to study at what was then called Southwest Texas State University in San Marcos, now Texas State University, and later attended Johnson & Wales University in Miami, Florida.

Lisa was the Director of Operations and Vice President of Destination Dynamics in Dallas, Texas.

Her life was devoted to her son Jordan and together they enjoyed bicycling, jogging and water skiing. She was an excellent cook and for several years she had participated in triathlons in St. John, U.S. Virgin Islands.

In addition to her son, Jordan Sodie Sangermano of Irving TX, Lisa is survived by her mother, Sandra Vurpillhat of Dallas, TX; her father and step mother, Antonio and Avril Sangermano of Jaffrey, NH; her five sisters, Damita Jo Sangermano of Grapevine, TX, Deborah Golden of Peterborough, NH, Ellen Kantner-Sangermano of Taos, NM, and Nicole Sangermano and Gina Wright, both of Jaffrey, NH; her brother, Antonio Sangermano, II of Jaffrey, NH; her God Parents, Eunice and Henry Schmaltz of Jaffrey, NH; and many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and close friends.

Family and friends are warmly invited to calling hours on Monday, August 13, 2007, from 6:00 to 8:00PM at the Cournoyer Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 33 River Street, Jaffrey.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, August 14, 2007 at 11:00 AM in St. Patrick Church, 89 Main Street, Jaffrey. Rev Wilfred H. Deschamps, Pastor, will officiate. Burial will follow in the family lot in Conant Cemetery, Jaffrey.
