Lynne A. O'Malley

Lynne Ann (Girouard) O'Malley passed away peacefully at Citrus Health and Rehabilitation Center in East Inverness, Florida on June 19, 2024.

She was born in Fitchburg, MA on March 17, 1956. Lynne grew up in Rindge, NH, then moved to Gardner, MA and later lived in several places in Florida, finally settling in Inverness.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Thomas Girouard, Lucille (Thibodeau) Girouard, and her stepmother Janet (Letourneau) Girouard. She leaves behind her twin brother, Larry Girouard, her older brother, Brian Girouard, and younger brother, Bruce Girouard. She also was stepsister to Edie (Dave) Kemp, Kathy (Henry) Taylor, Keith Christian, and the late Colleen Christian.

She also leaves behind her daughter Julie O'Malley and son James O'Malley Jr. along with two grandchildren and one niece, as well as all her spiritual brothers and sisters.

Lynne loved nature, camping, traveling and all kinds of adventures. Lynne was competitive and played both basketball and baseball at Conant High School and had an insatiable taste for learning.

Lynne was faithful to the end to her spiritual congregation.

A memorial burial service will be conducted on Thursday, July 25, at 10:00 AM at St. Patrick’s Cemetery, Hillcrest Road, Jaffrey, NH, 03452.
