Mark S. Upward

Mark S. Upward, 47, began his journey through life on October 25, 1967 in Corvallis, Oregon. His journey came to an end abruptly and unexpectedly on December 6, 2014 in Peterborough, NH due to complications after surgery. Along his journey, Mark was a dedicated father, son, brother, friend and loyal employee. He enjoyed music, sports, family and scenic drives. His dedication and passion for life’s ingredients will be greatly missed. Those left to mourn his departure are his beloved daughter, Trinity Upward of Jaffrey, NH; his mother, Beth Boyd of Sweet Home, OR; his siblings, Sandra Holley of Philomath, OR, Christine Chase of Sweet Home, OR, Justin Upward of Peterborough, NH, Leland Upward of Lebanon, OR, Margo Upward of Manchester, NH, Jerry Upward of Beaverton, OR, and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. His father, Jerry Lee Upward departed on March 31, 2011. A Celebration of Mark’s life will be held on Tuesday, December 30, 2014 from 5:00 to 7:00pm at the Cournoyer Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 33 River Street, Jaffrey, NH. The family has respectfully requested no flowers please.
