Martha Leete (Simmons) Graham, 79, passed away on Monday April 3, 2023. She was born on October 28, 1944, in Hartford, Connecticut, a daughter to the late Clement Merrill Simmons and Ruth Gibbs Brewer.

Martha attended Woodstock Academy and went on to pursue her passion for child development by obtaining her degree from the University of Connecticut. She dedicated her life to teaching, working as a Music Teacher and a Kindergarten/Elementary Teacher. She was a talented musician and sang in the Woodstock Academy Coral group as well as having operatic training with the Boston Camerada. She played the piano as well as the dulcimer. Her musical abilities touched many lives and brought joy to all who had the pleasure of hearing her perform.

Martha was also a devoted member of her community, belonging to the Peterborough United Methodist Church, the Red Cross, and the American Legion. She supported organizations such as The Defenders of Wildlife, New Hampshire Public Radio, The Audubon Society, The Nature Conservatory, Shriner's Hospital, and St. Joseph's Indian School.

Martha was known for her loving and selfless nature. She always put her family first and will be deeply missed by her daughter Sarah Ann Chambers, as well as her extended family and friends. Martha's impact will be forever felt by those whose lives she touched during her time on Earth.
