Maryann T. DeRuosi

Rindge, New Hampshire

Maryann T. DeRuosi, 71, of Rindge, NH, died on Tuesday, December 7, 2010 at the Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon, NH after a long illness.

Maryann was born in Saugus, MA on October 28, 1939, daughter of the late Mary Janielis. She had attended schools in Boston, MA and had lived in the Boston area until moving to Rindge in 1976. She was a devoted and loving wife to Sylvester Sully DeRuosi for over 50 years. Maryann enjoyed taking care of their home in Rindge and loved the time honored traditions and duties of being a faithful and nurturing wife to Sully. She also enjoyed gardening and her frequent trips to Foxwoods with her daughter. She also spent much of her free time helping her friends at the Post 11 American Legion Auxiliary in Jaffrey.

In addition to her husband Sully, Maryann is survived by her daughter Sharon of Rindge, her son Steven and his wife Lucinda DeRuosi of Pelham, NH, her 3 grandchildren, Tyler, Sebastian, and Isabella DeRuosi, all of Pelham, NH; her brother Joseph Janielis of Winthrop, MA and many Nieces, Nephews, Cousins and close friends.

At her request, there will be no calling hours or formal funeral services.

In lieu of flowers, please consider taking an extra tag from one of the many Operation Santa trees and giving someone in need a nice Christmas gift in Maryanns memory.
