Patricia Marie Ferrell

Patricia Marie Ferrell, 89, longtime resident of Jaffrey, NH, passed away peacefully on April 11, 2023, in the comfort of her home surrounded by her family.

Patricia was born in Jaffrey, NH, on April 17, 1933, the first of five children born to the late Henry Eugene Rivard and Virginia Marie (Wall) Rivard.

She loved music and theater. Even as a young mother of four, she was acclaimed in her role as Tuptim in the Haverhill production of The King and I, which was held over three times.  She was a writer and a poet, a dreamer, and very well read. One of her favorite authors was James Michener.  She worked for Teleflex Corporation in Jaffrey, and NHBB in Peterborough prior to her retirement.  Right up through last summer, she enjoyed evenings at her daughter Diane’s house, painting with her only sister, Star.  They were prolific painters.

In addition to both of her parents, Patricia was predeceased by her brothers, David, Kevin, and Peter, as well as her beloved Grandson, Joshua.

Patricia will be forever remembered by her four daughters, Diane Fukuda and her husband Glen of Jaffrey, Karen Wirein and her husband Raino of Dublin, Patricia Hill and her husband Charlie of Jaffrey, Suzi Brumaghim and her husband Stephen of Troy, her two sons, Paul Ferrell of Jaffrey, and Sean Ferrell of Bennington, her sister Star Kachadoorian of Falls Church, VA, as well as her former daughter-in-law Kristin LeClair,  fourteen grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Family and friends are invited to attend a graveside committal service on Thursday June 1st at 2:00PM at St. Patrick Cemetery, Hillside Road, Jaffrey, NH 03452, followed by a memorial service at 3:00PM in the Dublin Community Church, 1125 Main Street, Dublin, NH 03444.
