Peggy Marie (Morse) Nadeau, 62, of Goffstown, NH, passed away peacefully on March 25, 2022, at the Elliot Hospital in Manchester, NH with loving family by her side.
She was born on September 13, 1959, in Stockholm, Sweden to the late William & Charlotte Morse.
Peggy married her husband, Alfred F. Nadeau, Jr. on March 16, 1975, in their hometown of Brattleboro, VT.
Peggy worked as an associate at Home Goods in Bedford, NH when the store first opened and had been employed for 24 years. While Peggy was at Homegoods, she formed many lifelong and loving friendships. Peggy was an avid reader, and it was one of her favorite pastimes. She loved the beaches of Maine, and enjoyed her time spent there each year with family and friends.
Peggy was well known for her love and generosity for her family. Peggy found joy and fulfillment spoiling her nieces, nephews, and grandnieces and grand nephews. Everyone who knew Peggy, knew how evident it was that she had unmeasurable love for her family.
Peggy could often be found reminiscing on her time spent traveling with her husband, Alfred, while being enlisted in the US Military. Peggy especially loved the time her and Alfred spent living in Germany and was able to return to visit with family later in life. Europe held a special place in Peggy’s heart.
Her family will fondly remember her for her heart of gold, warm generosity, spicy personality, her loving nature, great smile, and a laugh like no other.
Peggy will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
She is predeceased by her parents, William & Charlotte Morse, brother Frank Morse and sister Monika Morse.
Peggy is survived by her husband Alfred F. Nadeau, Jr. and her brother Stephen Morse.
Services will be held at a later date.
