Reynald K. Hill

REYNALD K. RENNY HILL, 52 of Sandy Cove Road in Rindge died Thursday February 5, 2009 suddenly and unexpectedly at his home.

He was born February 10, 1956 in Peterborough son of Merrill R and Marlene (Cooper) Hill.
He had attended Conant High School in Jaffrey. Following high school Renny enlisted in the United States Navy and had served aboard the USS Jouett DLG-29.

He was a former employee of D.D. Bean Sons Co in Jaffrey, and for the past twenty four years has been employed with Bigelow Nurseries in Northborough, MA.

Renny enjoyed outdoor activities such as hiking, snowshoeing and canoeing. He had a variety of guns and spent much time target shooting with his daughter, Ashley. He liked to watch movies especially Sci-Fi and Old Westerns. He also loved to cook for family and friends.

Survivors include his wife of five years Maria Graca (Cruz) Hill of Rindge; his two daughters Miranda L. Philen of Greenville SC and Ashley N. Hill of Rindge; his son James T. Philen of Greenville SC; a step-daughter Luana Kennedy of Worcester, MA; one grandson Luke Kennedy also of Worcester; five sisters Stephanie M Blackburn of Muncie, Indiana, Cecelia M. Hill-Cromer of Sparks, Nevada, Robin C. Dube of Cape Coral, Fl, Marceline M. Lillard of Indianapolis, Indiana, Andrea R. McNamara of Jaffrey; three brothers Charles T. Hill of Jaffrey, Larry M. Dube and Scott A. Dube both of Cape Coral, FL; a long time special friend and mother of his children Diane Aho of Greer SC; many nieces and nephews.

Flowers will be welcomed; however friends are encouraged to send contributions the Cournoyer Funeral Home, P.O. Box 486, Jaffrey NH 03452 in order to assist the family with expenses.

Private spring burial will be in the family lot in Conant Cemetery at the convenience of the family.

Rennys family warmly invites friends to call at the Cournoyer Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 33 River Street, Jaffrey (Route 202 south) on Monday from 5:00 to 7:00PM.

Funeral services will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday at 11:00AM. Rev. Wilfred H Deschamps, pastor of St. Patrick Church in Jaffrey will officiate.
