Jaffrey, NH Richard R. Wagner, 75, of Jaffrey died Monday, August 15, 2011 at his home after a bravely fought battle with pancreatic cancer. Rick was born in Chicago, Illinois on March 29, 1935 and grew up in White Bear Lake, MN. He graduated from Dartmouth College in 1958. Upon retirement from Minnesota Mutual Life Insurance Company in 1989, he pursued a lifelong interest in antiques. Wagner’s Weapons & Walking Sticks, LLC became one of the largest inventories in the United States of canes, and weapons of the Middle East. He took great pride in honing his skills to repair and restore many fine antiques. Rick actively pursued many other interests and adventures. A very fit and athletic man, he most enjoyed playing beach volleyball on weekends at Hampton Beach with friends. His engaging personality and energetic spirit will be dearly missed by his family and many friends. Rick was predeceased by his parents, Richard R. Wagner, Sr. and his mother, Clare Martin Wagner. He is survived by his wife, Janet Puccelli, his daughter, Lisa Wagner, sister, Caryl Clapp and several nephews and a niece. The family would like to thank all of the medical personnel who treated him in a most thoughtful and caring way.

There will be no funeral services.
