Robert C. Dale

Robert C. Dale, 81, resident of Rindge, NH. He died at home on Saturday, June 30, 2018 after a period of declining health.

He was born on November 15, 1936 in Rochester, NH the son of the late Clifford Dale and Evelyn (Van Slyck) Dale.

Raised and educated in Rochester, he graduated from Spaulding High School. After high school he enlisted in the U.S. Navy and faithfully served his country during the Korean war aboard the destroyer USS Fiske. He then enrolled at Wentworth Institute in Boston. Bob went on to work 40 years for Sanders Associates/BAE of Nashua, NH.

When not working he enjoyed restoring many Pontiac Firebird – Trans Ams.

He married Elaine on July 14, 1962 and later moved from Nashua to Rindge, NH.

He is survived by his wife Elaine, daughter Deborah and her husband Dave Webb, son Robert II, grandchildren Alex II, Sam, Michaela, Brooke, Cooper & Dylan.

He was a devoted member of Cornerstone Baptist Church Swanzey, NH.

A celebration of his life will be held on Saturday July 28, 2018 at 10:00 AM, in the Cornerstone Baptist Church located on 125 Goodelle Ave Swanzey, NH. A fellowship lunch will follow in the church hall and burial will be at Hillside Cemetery Rindge, NH following the luncheon.
