Robinson V. Ramirez, Jr.

Robinson V. Ramirez, Jr., 51, of New Ipswich, NH died unexpectedly after a sudden heart attack on Sunday, November 25, 2018 at the Monadnock Community Hospital in Peterborough.

‘Rob,’ known to his family as ‘Sito,’ was born on May 11, 1967 in Manhattan, New York, the son of Robinson and Iris (Sule) Ramirez. He attended school in Naples Florida and was a 1986 graduate of Barron Collier High School. He had worked at various places including Radio Shack, Good Will, and most recently he had been working for Dollar General in New Ipswich.

He will always be remembered for his kindness and his servant heart.

He enjoyed hanging out with his sister and her family and watching telenovelas with his mom. He loved and thrived on family gatherings. He enjoyed the company of and conversations with friends. He loved Christian and 80’s music. He was into any tech gadgets from phones to video projectors to battery powered hand warmers. There was no such thing as a bad Star Wars movie or movie paraphernalia from his death star or storm trooper coffee cups to his R2D2 alarm clock, all of which were sure to quell the sleep rebellion. He enjoyed exploring the local small-town flare of southern New Hampshire and he loved all things Christmas.

Rob was preceded in death by his father in May of 2016 and now waits with him until the day we see each other again in glory.

He is survived by his mother Iris, and his sister, Valeris and his brother-in-law David Castro, his nephews, Calel, Caleb, Calen, and Caleo Castro, and his niece Carina Castro, and many cousins and close friends.

Family and friends are invited to a memorial service for Rob which will be held at 2:00 PM on the 15th of December at Hope Fellowship Church, 16 Prescott Road, Jaffrey, NH 03452, where you are free to share memories, photographs and condolences with Rob’s family or, you can visit his permanent online memorial at www.cournoyerfh.com. While flowers or memorial contributions are welcome, Rob’s family would request instead, that you use those resources to spread a little bit of “Comfort and Joy” this Christmas season to those you feel may need it most.
