Sharon H. Dean

Sharon H. Dean, 74, of Keene, NH, died on Tuesday, August 29th, 2023, at the Cheshire Medical Center in Keene after a period of illness.

She is survived by her two sons, Cain Frazier of Keene, and Adam Dean of Brookfield CT. She is predeceased by her youngest son Robert Dean of Newtown CT.

Sharon was born on March 9, 1949, in Keene, NH, a daughter to Frank and Beverly Russell. She attended Keene schools, graduating from Keene High School in 1967.

After high school Sharon worked as a paralegal and administrative assistant in Keene and in Newtown Connecticut. She loved to travel—backpacking across Europe and taking trips to her favorite beaches in the Caribbean and Hawaii.

Sharon always found peace in gardening, the outdoors, and being on her deck with friends. She was an amazing baker and loved to make delicious dishes for her friends and family. Sharon was an avid New England sports fan, and enjoyed watching her Red Sox and Patriots win all those Championships. She was also very fond of animals and loved her many companion dogs throughout her years.

At Sharon’s request there will be no calling hours or formal service.
