Sieglinde Poegel

Sieglinde Poegel passed peacefully at her home on December 26, 2024.

Sieglinde was a believer in our Lord Jesus Christ and looked forward to being reunited with her late husband Werner H. Poegel who predeceased her over a decade ago.

She was born in Germany and moved to the U.S in 1957 after getting married. Residing in New Jersey for 10 years, she moved to Jaffrey, NH in 1967 with her husband and 2 sons where she celebrated her 25th wedding anniversary, then 50th and finally making it to 55 years with her beloved husband. She was a seamstress, homemaker, loving mother, and valued confidante and constant companion to her husband.

She vowed to live in her home until the end and did so listening to music and watching Christmas movies on the Hallmark Channel. She took great joy in feeding the birds and spoke of the beautiful Red Cardinal who would visit on occasion with his mate close by.

Sieglinde leaves behind a brother in Germany and a sister in Florida, sons Garry and Werner and 6 grandchildren.

Per the family's request, there will be no services at this time.
